Everyone is Welcome! We do not ask for immigration status or citizenship to receive our services. If you need support, we’re here for you.
On behalf of the Othello Food Bank, we want to express our gratitude to all the organizations and individuals who made this event possible. A special thank you to Unidos Nueva Alianza, Foundation and SkillSource WA for their incredible support and dedication in helping our community members build their skills and confidence. Your commitment to empowering individuals is truly changing lives. At the Othello Food Bank, we recognize that food insecurity is about more than just food. It’s about addressing the root causes and creating pathways to a better quality of life. Bridging the gap in computer literacy is one of those critical steps. By equipping individuals with these essential digital skills, we’re collectively opening doors to education, employment, and opportunities for self-sufficiency. Please join us in celebrating the incredible achievements of our Othello class graduates who successfully completed the NorthStar program’s Computer Fundamentals course! Your hard work and determination are an inspiration to us all. Congratulations to each and every one of you! 🥳 Together, we’re building a stronger, more resilient community. Thank you again to everyone who contributed to making this program a success!

“Good afternoon, everyone! Before we dive into this amazing feast, I want to take a moment to say how grateful I am to have each of you here tonight. Thanksgiving is more than just delicious food—though we’ve got plenty of that—it’s about pausing to appreciate the people and moments that make life beautiful. As we gather around this table, let’s celebrate not only the harvest but the love, laughter, and memories we’ve shared. And let’s not forget those who couldn’t be with us tonight—they’re in our hearts, and we raise a toast to them. Now, I invite everyone to share something they’re thankful for this year. Let’s fill this room with gratitude before we fill our plates!”
